The initial process to undergo is one of analysis. What is the problem of visual communication that needs to be solved and whit is it that one is actually communicating, to whom and for whom? First, identify and understand the context. What is the nature of the task required of the imagery? Also, what is the content and subject matter that is being dealt with?
